Shipping/ Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-5 business days from order date. This DOES NOT include our 1-2 business days for processing. Delivery time DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays!

All orders in stock leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically. 

All orders are shipped with USPS, we are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items as a result of shipment with USPS. In the event that this does happen, please contact USPS at (800)- 275- 8777 to file a claim.

Return Policy:

Due to COVID-19 returns are currently not accepted. Please carefully read our descriptions and utilize our sizing chart for assistance. We will include details if an item is cut smaller or larger than the standard size. For example (This item is true to size, please size up if in between sizes), (This item is cut smaller please size up from your normal size) or (This item is cut larger, size down for a tighter fit).


Haus of Somofini DOES NOT allow refunds or exchanges. Please refer to our returns policy and shipping policy for entire store policy details. 

Modify or cancel an order:

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If we have mailed off a package and it is returned to us (packages marked Return to sender) due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package and reshipping the package.

Haus of Somofini, reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion at ANYTIME without notice. 

Promotions/price adjustments CANNOT be applied to previous orders placed.
